Fisu & Ranet

Fisu ja Ranet is one of the pioneers of the new wave of Finnish street food, and their philosophy is to keep it tight and focus on what is relevant. The fish is MSC-certified, captured using sustainable fishing principles, and the potatoes are Finnish potatoes produced using bio-energy. Their famous remoulade sauce is made in-house with real malt vinegar, and the serving is topped with a slice of fresh lemon.
