Pearly Drops

Helsinki-based Pearly Drops is an electronic pop duo that draws on pop aesthetics, cinematic textures, and ethereal vocals. Consisting of producers Sandra Tervonen and Juuso Malin, Pearly Drops released their third album, The Voices Are Coming Back, in August 2025, receiving a praising response. In 2026, the duo will be touring North America and central Europe, performing music that international media has called a blend of 1980s nostalgia, wistful lyricism, and modern satire.

Both Tervonen and Malin have lengthy music careers. They have made music as electro-pop duo Femme En Fourrure, produced songs for Finnish hip-hop favourite Paperi T’s first two albums, and performed at the artist’s concerts for years. Pearly Drops is a project that represents the inner world of the two from beginning to end. Tervonen and Malin write, produce and perform the duo’s music, but also create the music videos and style themselves. Tervonen paints their record covers. Every release and performance is an authentic expression of what the two can do.
