DJ Hitoshi was born in Osaka, Japan, and moved to Finland, originally inspired by his childhood memories of Moomin figurines. In Helsinki, he first became a staple on IDA Helsinki internet radio and soon became a beloved, highly in-demand DJ in local clubs. A familiar face in Ääniwalli, Kaiku, Post Bar, and Siltanen, Hitoshi has recently DJ’d abroad in Turkey, Germany, and his home country, Japan.
With his entertaining style, an open mind towards DJ’ing, and an eclectic record collection spanning various styles of electronic music and disco, he brings a warm vibe wherever he plays and makes the dancefloor move.
