Hallintohimmeli is a duo from Kuopio exploring the outer edges of what two instruments — guitar and drums — can say to each other. Mikko Siirola and Mikko Rautiainen play unheard music, built on a wordless communication that goes beyond arrangement or rehearsal. Hallintohimmeli put on their official suits and embark on expeditions into sound, where the destination is unknown, and the listening is the point.
