DJ Magic Mannila’s greatest talents are crying, finding the perfect song for every crash-out and crisis, and drinking champagne — so it’s only fitting that she’s playing her first (and probably last) solo festival DJ set at Flow’s Lanson Champagne Bar & Lounge.
A graduate of the Indie Sleaze School of Life, where she majored in Partygirl Studies, she has spent more than ten years almost learning how to mix, playing in DJ duos like Wino 4ever and Dream, and working on projects such as D.R.E.A.M.G.I.R.L.S. and DREAMWORLD. Now it’s finally time to crank it on her own — before anyone can stop her.
Expect emotional highs (and lows), girly pop, Lana Del Rey on repeat, the occasional spiritual awakening, and at least one song that almost convinces you you’re not a bad girl anymore.
