Vintero

Vintero is a modern, family-run neighborhood bistro from Vantaa. Its strengths lie in cheerful service, relaxed atmosphere, and seasonally changing, fresh menus that make the most of local ingredients. At Flow Festival, Vintero is bringing a large batch of garlic scapes from Uoma garden in Korso, which are used to prepare a “risotto” from Malmgård’s organic spelt.
