Levant’s concept is rooted in vegetarian street food, high-quality ingredients, and plenty of fresh herbs. Flow Festival guests are treated to grilled rolls and falafel bowls, made fresh in-house from scratch and full of rich flavour.

    Grilled paprika, zucchini, cauliflower, olives, Oatly Turkish Oatgurt tsatsiki, grilled halloumi, falafel, pomegranate seeds and mint, on a salad base.
