Finland’s only vegan pizza restaurant, FLIP, is bringing its vegan Seitan Döner to Flow. Made from cold-fermented pizza dough, the sandwich features FLIP’s own renowned seitan kebab along with a salad and the restaurant’s signature sauces. Also on the menu are last year’s pizza sandwiches: Hoisin Tofu and Original, featuring the legendary pea protein nduja known from FLIP’s pizzas.
