The volunteer application for Flow Festival 2024 is now open!

Do you want to be a part of Flow Festival’s team as a volunteer?

Volunteers are an important part of Flow Festival’s team and help us create a unique festival experience. You get a look behind the scenes, make new acquaintances and have new experiences!

Flow Festival wouldn’t be possible without our great team of volunteers. Volunteers do their shifts in different area production teams before, during or after the festival. There are tasks, for example, in cleaning and recycling, area setup, area visualization, catering, security, wristband exchange, and other customer service tasks. You can read descriptions of each task here. We will start filling volunteer shifts once the application period begins, so the sooner you apply, the better chances you have of joining our team of volunteers this year.

When you volunteer at Flow Festival, you aren’t paid wages or comparable monetary compensation. At Flow Festival, every volunteer does either three shifts before or after the festival weekend or, alternatively, two volunteer shifts, from which one or both are during the festival weekend. As a volunteer, you get your own personal volunteer wristband with which you can access the festival area during Flow August 9–11. You will also get a warm meal on the days of your volunteer shifts, an invite to the afterparty after the festival, and a fun and educational experience!

Flow Festival is committed to advancing justice, equity and equality. Everyone is welcomed to the festival as they are, and we tolerate no form of discrimination. As volunteers are an important part of the Flow Festival community, we expect them to adhere to these values. We also hope those chosen as volunteers commit to the shifts given to them. You must be 18 or older to volunteer with us, as the same age restrictions apply to our volunteers and festival goers.

The application form closes on Sunday, July 1, at 5 pm (EET).
