Vintero
Vintero is a modern, family-run neighborhood bistro from Vantaa. Its strengths lie in cheerful service, relaxed atmosphere and seasonally changing, fresh menus that make the most of local ingredients.
At Flow Festival, Vintero is bringing a big batch of garlic scapes from the Uoma garden in Korso, which are used to cook ”risotto” made from Malmgård’s organic spelt. For guests with a sweet tooth, Vintero will be serving their handmade ice cream bar made from local ingredients.
