<p>Composer Mikko Sarvanne’s new ensemble <strong>Mikko Sarvanne Garden</strong> takes the listener into a parallel reality, a garden where echoes of contemporary vocal music, jazz and sound art float in the fragrant air. The group’s first album, “Heräämisen valkea myrsky” (2022), is based on a work of poetry of the same name by Erkka Filander. The album’s compositions received the Teosto Award in the spring of 2023.</p>
