<p>Flow Festival will be celebrated in Suvilahti from 9 to 11 August 2024. It will be an extraordinary festival full of international superstars, the most interesting Finnish performers and amazing art. The festival&#8217;s 40 carefully selected and topical restaurants will provide you with delicious culinary sensations. The area also features a champagne bar, a wide selection of wines, craft beers and refreshing mocktails.</p>

<h3>Experience the renewed Gold Area in Suvilahti’s iconic gasometer!</h3>
<p>Known as the epicentre of Suvilahti, the iconic steel gasometer is brought to life and opened to the festival visitors for the first time as Flow’s completely renewed Gold Area. In 2024, the Gold Area will be executed together with Finnair Visa Credit. As a Gold customer, you will have a unique chance to explore the historic gasometer, which is transformed into an inviting oasis for relaxing and enjoying the festival experience. Furthermore, an exclusive terrace will be built outside the gasometer, enabling you to follow the Main Stage shows directly from the Gold Area for the first time in Flow’s history.</p>
<p>The grander, more striking space ensures even better services and a more impressive setting for the Gold Area. The Finnair Visa lounge, located in the space, invites you to relax and enjoy. The lounge will feature a photography station where you can get a souvenir of your Flow experience. The vegan fine-dining restaurant Magu creates unforgettable culinary surprises, and a versatile quality bar will meet all of your drink needs. The area also holds its own toilet facilities.</p>
<p>The Gold ticket naturally includes the whole festival program and access to the festival area. As a Gold ticket holder, you have your own wristband exchange lanes at the exchange points. You can also use a special express lane at the main gate to enter the festival area. The Gold wristband includes free cloakroom services.</p>

<h3>TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS</h3>
<p><strong>ALL</strong> tickets will be exchanged for a wristband. Festival guests with the Flow wristband can enter and exit the festival area during the Flow weekend as they wish.</p>

<h3>Can I use culture vouchers to pay for my Flow Festival tickets?</h3>
<p>Yes, you can in most cases. Flow&#8217;s vendors have more information on their websites:<br />

<h3>I have an open 1-day ticket for Flow Festival. How can I swap it for the day I want?</h3>
<p>A special limited amount of open 1-day tickets for Flow Festival 2024 were available until 31.12.2023. All 1-day tickets must be exchanged for a specific festival date by the end of May 2024. The ticket vendors have sent instructions on exchanging the ticket directly to the 1-day ticket holders via email. There is a link on the email that should be used to exchange the ticket. The open ticket can also be updated for a multiple-day or Gold ticket against the ticket vendor’s service fee.</p>
<p>If you have questions about the open 1-day ticket, please get in touch with your ticket vendor (<a href="https://www.ticketmaster.fi/?language=en-us" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ticketmaster</a> or <a href="https://www.tiketti.fi/en/info" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tiketti</a>) directly.</p>
<h3>Can I buy company tickets or host private events at Flow?</h3>

<h3>MY FRIEND BOUGHT OUR TICKETS, AND NOW MY TICKET HAS MY FRIEND’S NAME ON IT. DO I HAVE TO CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?</h3>
<p>The name printed on the tickets is just the name of the buyer. Anyone over the age of 18 is allowed to use the tickets; no need to change the name printed on it. However, you should be prepared to prove your age with an official identity card.</p>
<h3>CAN I SELL MY TICKET TO ANOTHER PERSON?</h3>
<p>Yes. If you are unable to attend Flow Festival and you have already bought a ticket, you can seek to sell your ticket to another person. Please note that wristbands that have already been claimed cannot be sold. Wristbands that have been unfastened or cut open will not be exchanged for a new one, as there is only one wristband per ticket. Additionally, remember not to publicly post pictures that display the ticket identification codes (such as barcodes or QR codes).</p>
<h3>CAN I BUY A TICKET FROM A THIRD PARTY? WHICH TICKET SAFETY MEASURES SHOULD I FOLLOW?</h3>
<p>We strongly urge you to buy tickets only through our official ticket sale channels because we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from unofficial resellers. However, even though we do not recommend it, you can also buy a ticket from a third party at your own risk. Be extra careful if you are considering buying a ticket from a third party.</p>
<p>Ticketmaster Resale service has ended for this year since the wristband exchange started.</p>
<p>Tickets originally bought from Tiketti can be sold or bought safely at Tiketti&#8217;s <a href="https://www.liputon.fi">LiputOn</a> service. Never buy a wristband without a ticket. We do not sell separate wristbands, the wristbands will be exchanged only for a valid ticket. Wristbands that have been unfastened or cut open will not be exchanged for a new one, as there is only one wristband per ticket.</p>
<h3><strong>CAN I EXCHANGE OR UPGRADE MY TICKET?</strong></h3>
<p>You can switch your ticket to a different date, depending on the availability of tickets. Tickets can also be upgraded to a higher-priced ticket by paying the difference in the ticket prices. A service fee will be charged for all changes. You can update your ticket by contacting the original ticket seller <a href="https://www.ticketmaster.fi/?language=en-us" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ticketmaster</a> or <a href="https://www.tiketti.fi/en/info" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tiketti</a>.</p>
<h3>MY FAVORITE ARTIST JUST CANCELLED. CAN I RETURN THE TICKET?</h3>
<p>At a festival event, both the organizer and the audience should take into account that changes are possible. This could be, for example, a popular artist cancelling their appearance due to unforeseen difficulties not related to the festival organizer. Flow Festival is a coherent whole, which includes some 175 different artists this year. The event has no clear headliners but is rather a combination bigger than any of its single parts. Thus, Flow is different from a single concert event and the ideological framework of many other events. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot refund ticket prices due to individual artist changes. We also hope that our audience would have an understanding of our policies, and the fact that these changes are often sudden and independent of the festival organizer. This way of dealing with possible changes is in line with the common ways of operating in the festival scene at large.</p>
<h3>CAN I PICK UP A WRISTBAND FOR ANOTHER PERSON?</h3>
<p>The wristband will be applied and tightened on the ticket holder’s wrist upon pick up. Therefore, the wristband cannot be picked up by anyone else but the ticket holder personally.</p>
<h3>CAN I SHARE A WRISTBAND WITH ANOTHER PERSON?</h3>
<p>The wristband is personal and cannot be shared with anyone else; it must be worn during the whole time it is valid. An unattached wristband is not valid for entrance.</p>
<h3>Can I raffle out tickets?</h3>
<p>Flow Festival tickets may not be raffled, and the festival brand or its elements may not be used in company marketing unless you have a separate agreement with the festival organizer.</p>
