Siquiche is a Finnish-born, Copenhagen-based DJ, producer, and light designer. An ambassador of disco, house, boogie, funk, and other dancefloor-friendly genres for years, he is influenced by the liberating and high disco sounds of the 1970s, as well as the energizing beats of the 1980s and 1990s.
Siquiche is a familiar face in the DJ booths of Copenhagen but has also been a regular DJ guest at Helsinki clubs such as Kaiku and Ääniwalli. As a producer, he is one-half of the Vedenemo duo, which has recently performed actively in Denmark and the Netherlands. Vedenemo’s latest release was the EP Nordic NRG, released in February 2024, including four tracks of northern synth disco.
