Lanson Champagne Bar & Lounge Delivers Playful DJ Sets Across the Decades
Lanson’s flagship bar and its enchanting surroundings are set to dazzle Flow Festival guests once again with high-quality drinks and unforgettable DJ performances. This year’s program at the Lanson Champagne Bar & Lounge spans a colorful range of styles—from playful pop fusions and feel-good house to a full spectrum of Korean pop music.
Friday, August 8 kicks off with the fun-loving Smash Hits club concept, where seasoned professionals and passionate music fans spin tracks from across the musical map—no seriousness required. Hosted by DJ Herkules, the evening opens with a genre-blending set from DJ Herkules and Huliaanos—the latter known for his work as a photographer—, mixing reggae, rap, and pop.
The night continues with Andre Pozusis, known for hosting Flow's Red Garden stage and Siltanen’s Paha Vaanii club; a joint set from Herkules and Lina Schiffer of the DJ duo D.R.E.A.M.; and DJ Imppu K, familiar from rap and R&B nights at Kuudes Linja and Grotesk. The night also features jonttuluhtavaara—drummer for Kuumaa and a regular at Tavastia’s Lauantaidisko—teaming up with in-demand DJ SomBadi. The evening concludes with a high-energy closing set by SomBadi and DJ Herkules, wrapping up Friday's Smash Hits in style.
Saturday, August 9 is hosted by the ever-popular Guilty Pleasures club, with DJs hotleevibling and long legs championing the joy of shameless pop and house. The night includes an energetic set from Helsinki-based producer bilar, and a cheeky “Don’t Play These Songs” set by Paha Vaanii and Lauantaidisko veteran DJ Harvest and rising talent DJ Pipu of the Markkinavako collective. Known from clubs like Kaiku and Post Bar, Victoria and Essi Eirene deliver a joyful, genre-blending back-to-back session.
Also on Saturday’s program are DJ WUF, whose soulful, jazz- and hip-hop-rooted selections are deeply danceable and carefully curated; Mr. A, spinning deep house, disco, progressive, and tribal with a heartfelt, floor-focused approach; and €TOM, co-founder of the queer club Smut Disco, closing the night with a set designed as an antidote to boredom and excessive seriousness. The day ends with hotleevibling and long legs spinning red-hot edits and fan-favourite pop and house hits.
Sunday, August 10 is all about K-pop, as Finland’s leading collective in the genre Soli takes over the Champagne Bar. Hosting events in Helsinki, Turku, and Tampere, this five-member crew has built a passionate, inclusive community that celebrates East Asian music and culture.
With regular nights at venues like Kuudes Linja and Tanner, Soli blends global trends with diverse musical styles, reflecting K-pop’s worldwide rise. Sunday at the Champagne Bar offers the perfect chance to immerse yourself in the genre’s colorful, ever-evolving world, with Soli DJs spinning K-pop hits from across the decades, all day long.
